“When I drove by, I was impressed by the
style,” said Terry Parker, a health-care administrator who
moved back to Idaho after a 30-year absence. “I had not
encountered anything in that area with that style. I
immediately turned around and went back -- I knew it was my
home.” After living in California and Utah, Parker was
impressed that so much quality came with the asking price.
“I was just astounded by that because the quality inside of
the home for the price was unbelievable,” Parker said. She
likes easy access to major transportation corridors,
including I-84, and to shops and restaurants in Boise,
Meridian and Eagle. Because she travels frequently, she is
pleased that all exterior maintenance is covered by her $80
per month association fee. “I feel very secure,” Parker
said. “I know my home is well taken care of and maintained
while I’m gone.” And the amenities? Well, a family member is
already planning to have a wedding at the clubhouse next
summer. And Parker is looking forward to having guests at
her home after she’s had a chance to make new friends and
reacquaint herself with old ones. “The outdoor fireplace was
another selling point,” she said. “The patios are
unbelievable. I can’t wait to entertain in this house.” |
